The six modular blocks, ranging from 4 to 17 storeys was only built in 2006 but amid fire safety concerns residents were decanted in October 2020 and moved into other accommodation
The tallest block, at 17 storeys, was the tallest modular tower in the UK at the time. Nearly three years later, Equans will begin remedial works across all six blocks and the Hub.
